During an argument, a New York City kid shoots his mother to death with his father’s revolver.
During a frenzied fight, a Staten Island youngster shot and killed his mother in the kitchen of his family’s house, authorities said Sunday.
The violent family drama began at 6:20 p.m. Saturday inside the well-kept home on Burbank Ave. near S. Railroad Ave. in New Dorp.
Adnan Pelinkovic, 18, got into a fight with his parents and as the conflict progressed, he allegedly took hold of his father’s revolver and started fire. He allegedly shot his mother in the breast, Minire Pelinkovic, 51.
His 54-year-old father, Enver Pelinkovic, suffered a gash to the chest, which police sources believe was caused by a bullet graze.

According to sources, the father told police his son shot at him and missed, and he had no idea what the argument was about.
The youngster was apprehended just two blocks away, on Edison St. and Otis Ave., with the gun still in his grasp.
“I shot at my father,” he admitted to authorities in a criminal complaint. “I attempted to assassinate them.
Medics transported the woman to Staten Island University Hospital North, where she was initially classified in stable condition but deteriorated and died shortly after 11 p.m., officials said.
“I will never be as beautiful as my mum,” the victim’s distraught daughter wrote on Facebook. “She took care of everything for us. She was stunning and had the most lovely name, which translates as “light” in Arabic.”
Officials stated that the father’s rifle was legal and licensed to him.
Adnan Pelinkovic was charged with murder, attempted murder, assault, criminal weapon possession, reckless endangerment, and menacing.
He was arraigned and ordered jailed without bail in Staten Island Criminal Court.
