‘I AM NOT being groomed’: Nanny compelled to respond to ‘groping’ video dubbed ‘unsettling’
An American nanny has been forced to deny being “groomed” following the viral success of a “unsettling” video of her and the father of the children she looks after.
The TikTok video shows the father, Andrew, lifting his 23-year-old nanny Lizzie Norton into the air in an attempt to recreate the film’s iconic lift scene.
The footage is captioned “watch the hands,” and shows the father’s fingers gripping around her ribs as he lifts her up, before grazing beneath her breasts.

Rachel, the man’s wife, can be heard in the video saying, “You touched her boobs!” He then responds with a laugh, “I know, I know,” before turning away.
The pair re-attempt the lift several times more – as Rachel films – with Andrew appearing to grip near her chest once more.
The video, which has garnered seven million views, raised some TikTok users’ eyebrows.
One person stated that the video was “uncomfortable to watch,” while another stated that it was “unsettling.”
“This video will be shown in divorce court,” one of them stated.
Another added: “What they’re doing does not appear to be enjoyable. They simply enjoy touching one another.”
Rachel and Lizzie, on the other hand, were quick to respond to the backlash, criticizing people for believing something was wrong.
Rachel defended her husband in a series of TikTok videos, claiming Lizzie was “part of the family” and “like our little sister.”
Lizzie began caring for the couple’s two children at their home after losing her job at a local daycare center due to the COVID pandemic, she said.
‘At the start of the pandemic, my husband worked from home while I went to work, and he and Lizzie saw each other daily,’ she explained.
