One of the actors who said that street closures for the funeral of One F***king Cop were bad has been fired.
Jacqueline Guzman made a TikTok about dead people. Her job at a film production company was lost because of a police officer from New York City.
The New York Daily News says that Jacqueline Guzman, a TikTok star who complained about street closures during the funeral of a New York City police officer who was killed, was fired by a film production company on Saturday.
It said that Guzman is no longer a member of Face To Face Films after it heard about the “insensitive” video.
People started sharing Guzman’s tirade against street closures, so she quickly took down the post. But people kept it and shared it on social media.
Police “do not need to shut down most of lower Manhattan because one cop died for probably doing his job wrong,” Guzman says in a video clip.
“They kill people under the age of 22 every single day for no good reason, and we don’t shut down the city for them.”
“This is so fucking ridiculous,” she said. In this case, what would you do? In this case, no one can get to them because it’s all blocked off for one “fucking cop.”
22-year-old Rivera was shot and killed on January 21 when he went to a domestic abuse call. His partner, 27-year-old Officer Wilbert Mora, was also shot and died a few days after him.
In midtown Manhattan on Friday, police were all over the streets to honor Rivera.
“Thousands of people from New York came out yesterday to help us remember our dead brother.” There is no way to make that go away, the president of the Police Benevolent Association told the New York Post. People have talked about this kind of garbage for far too long. We need the people in New York who are with us to speak up and fight back.
In her Face To Face Films bio, Guzman, who was born in Hialeah, Florida, says that she went to the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and started her own production company.
