A man from Pennsylvania is charged with homicide after he found the human head in his family home in a freezer and dismembered in the bed.
Donald Meshey Jr., 32, is also faced with counts of physical evidence and abuse. Thursday it was not clear if he kept a lawyer.

Around 8:50 am on Wednesday, the Lancaster Police came to the home in response to a call from a woman calling for a welfare check. She told Meshey there was a body in a bed in the home in a freezer. She also said to the police that she thought that she saw the head inside the freezer.
When the officers spoke to Meshey, he took them to the kitchen and taken out of the freezer what looked like a human head. Later, the office of Lancaster County Coroner confirmed that the head was human.
Later Meshey told detectives that he had stabbed a body several times in his dad’s bedroom and then dismembered the body, which he called “the carcass doll.” More information on what that meant was not included in the police.
Officials have not yet confirmed the identity of the victim, only saying it was a husband, and a Thursday autopsy was planned. The number of people living in the home was not clear, either, or when the attack took place. It was not clear.
