A scary video shows a man suspected of rape taking a 14-year-old girl from her home in Los Angeles.

A 14-year-old girl was allegedly taken by a man in Los Angeles, who then forced her into a bathroom and raped her, according to a scary surveillance video.

KTLA says that you can see the man walking with the girl on Klamath Street near El Sereno Park on Tuesday with his arm around her.

Police say that the suspect, who has been identified as 27-year-old Edward William Banks, threatened the girl with a weapon and forced her into a bathroom, where she was sexually assaulted.

He then ran away, but he was caught that night and charged with aggravated kidnapping with the intent to rape.

A bail of $1 million has been set for banks.

The suspect was taken into custody and charged with kidnapping with the intent to rape.

The disturbing case shows that the government isn’t tough enough on crime. Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascón’s “woke” policies have been blamed for a rise in crime in the city and surrounding areas. His progressive plans to change the way prosecutions work have been getting more and more criticism.

On Monday, people who want to get rid of Gascón said they were going to sue the county registrar while they looked at the thousands of signatures he said were invalid.

Dean Logan, the county’s registrar-recorder, said in August that the effort to get rid of Gascón did not have the required 566,857 signatures because nearly 90,000 of them were not registered to vote and about 45,000 were duplicates.
